Been living here since Oct ‘24, and I have never had a better experience. Not only are the fellow residents kind and respectful, but the property management and maintenance are absolutely wonderful. In past situations, I rarely interacted with property management. But property manager, Jennifer Clarke, is an absolute gem, as is Julia Fontanez, and Kevin from Maintenance. So much so that I can’t take my dog out without him dragging me to Jen’s office every morning to say hello because he’s obsessed with her and her and I have our daily chat, which is typically a highlight of my day. Jen goes above and beyond in her role, in a way that makes me extremely grateful I decided to live here.

As one of the first residents at The Flats on High Street, I found it to be an outstanding community with great amenities and excellently equipped apartments. Without a doubt, the property manager, Jennifer Clarke, is one of the best you will ever find. Her genuine care and dedication to the residents surpass any I've ever encountered.
