This place is perfection. Clean, quiet, friendly, well managed and great, great location. I highly recommend the penthouse floor. It is totally worth the extra money. It is beautiful. There’s aways a fresh floral arrangement in the lobby, which is very nice to come home to. We had a Christmas party, and it was on. The food was everything. Very congenial atmosphere. Quiet, safe, everything works and is up to code. Two elevators. They run a tight ship here, which is good. It’s for your benefit and you will love it. I’m psyched for next summer. BBQ, pizza oven, fire pit, you have to see it to believe it. The Flats is the nicest place I have rented in the past 12 years.

As one of the first residents at The Flats on High Street, I found it to be an outstanding community with great amenities and excellently equipped apartments. Without a doubt, the property manager, Jennifer Clarke, is one of the best you will ever find. Her genuine care and dedication to the residents surpass any I've ever encountered.
